“No ghosts on our closets”

Well, Halloween may be just around the corner, but there are no ghosts hiding in our next property project!!

A large crack on the outside of a property we’re looking to purchase raised a question as to the “soundness” of the basic structure. We called in engineers, and are delighted to report that all appears sound. This crack developed a long time ago, and the property has been given the “all clear”!

We, at SMP, pride ourselves on offering our clients a service they can trust and rely upon, and if getting a property surveyed is required, then that’s what we’ll do. We aim to be open and honest with all of our clients and feel it’s the only way to develop healthy sustainable relationships.

So, another exciting project looms. This lovely terraced house is in a quiet street, close to a small school, and with a full internal refurb, we see no problem as to it bringing in a solid rental.

Our other current projects continue to move forward. One is about to be painted throughout, another has been measured to have all the windows and doors replaced and has now been fully rewired, and prepped for painting.

Our new in-house letting agent has successfully managed to rent out a property that has barely been handed over to the new owners, ensuring cash flow and everyone happy!
