When the boss decides to come to Wales to source properties himself, we know we have a problem!! A good one, I mean – we need more properties!!!

Things are going a little crazy down here, so we must be doing something right. I’m not saying that certain days aren’t without their hiccups, and that things inevitably go wrong with a build, or we find something sinister when we strip a property back, or a builder gets ill, etc, etc, but those are our problems!

We factor these things in when we do our due diligence, and run the numbers on a property. We always have at least 2, probably 3 “exit’ strategies, or ways to recoup your investment within 3 years, making a profit along the way of course!

These are also the reasons why we now run Source My Property Academy, to teach you how to do all of the above, and hopefully inspire people to source properties for us, so that we can deliver to our ever increasing list of preferred clients.

To get onto this list, you need to have done property deals with us in the past, which means we have gone through all the legals, have proof of identity, proof of funds, anti money laundering, etc., all in place. We take this all very seriously, are fully compliant, and know that of course our investors do too. After all, you’re investing hard earned money into a property, with the aim of turning it into a home to sell or rent.

This is our passion. We are committed to make things work, and learn from little mistakes when they happen. I heard a quote last night, that basically says that as you grow, so do your problems, but the only thing you can do is learn, change, grow, and move on!
