🏚 ➡️🏡 Source My Property Academy Workshop Weekend!

Exciting news! We are hosting our first weekend workshop with our own Academy on how to source property. As I write, we are sitting around a table in the breakfast room of the hotel in South Wales, where the workshop is taking place. Laptops open, presentations fine-tuned, phones ringing, staff setting up the room, but a great friendly atmosphere and sense of excitement at the same time. 

The nice thing about this is that it’s a wonderful time for the directors and those involved in presenting, to chat, brainstorm, share ideas, and generally socialise and enjoy each other’s company, which is something we don’t have time to do during a normal working week. 

We are expecting 40+ students, all keen and excited to learn about how to source properties. Our directors and presenters have done all the training, but also have years of experience on the ground. 

We will teach our students how to crunch the numbers, package deals, and then sell them on to investors. We are constantly attracting new investors wanting to get in on the property market, and we need to find them the deals. That is what we’re all about really, finding properties where there is money to be made.

Once the deals are done, all legals completed, we offer a complete service regarding refurbishment of the property. We have a number of build teams and contractors who are constantly hard at work, moving from one property to the next, to bring the property up to it’s full potential.

As far as figures go, we always offer a couple of “exit” strategies, and do all the due diligence on behalf of the investor.

We envisage that at the end of this weekend, a number of people will leave here, excited to get out and do something new, something they’re as passionate as us about, while earning themselves a good income either on a part or full time basis.
