/I have been looking at some very interesting data over the past few days and Wales is just a fantastic place to invest. While the rest of the UK has slowed to 3.2% in property price growth, mainly influenced by the South East, Wales has risen by 6.2%. This makes Wales the 2nd highest property growth rate in the entire of the UK! Just have a look here!
So, while we are cautions of the slowing market in general, we decided to increase our ability to leverage off others great interest rates and sign some more Lease Options.
