Out with SPP and hello to SourceMyProperty.com

The time has come for us to launch our re-brand. We are no longer Springbok Property Partners. We are now SourceMyProperty.com. However, we are the same guys working the same, awesome, South Wales property market on behalf of our friends, clients and investors.......you! 

Over the next few days SPP will fade into the background and make a smooth transition for SourceMyProperty. Our contact details, emails and website will all link or be forwarded to our new details, so don't worry, we will still pick up your correspondence. 

The re-brand has been a long while coming, as before, we were often confused with a estate agency of similar name. This agency did not have a good name in the market place and we really don't want to be associated. SourceMyProperty.com, or SMP for short, is the launch of our brand across the South Wales area. John and I (Roger) have some big dreams and even more solid plans to take property sourcing to the next level of professionalism. 

Just like before, we aim to source, secure and deliver below market value deals to our clients. We have really stepped up our direct to vendor marketing campaigns and are constantly negotiating new deals. More exciting news is that, we are looking to bring on SMP trained sourcing agents in new areas across the UK, so that we can deliver more deals to your area of chosen investments.
