Has winter arrived in South Wales already? ☔️

I obviously shouldn’t have mentioned the weather in my previous blog – did Summer come and go?

I suppose we did need the rain and shouldn’t complain, BUT…

Never mind the weather, business continues at an alarming rate. We constantly have properties in the pipeline, with clients lining up to snap up the deals we offer. Literally, no sooner are they posted on our facebook page and our web site, they are snapped up within minutes! - https://www.sourcemyproperty.com/

We have also recently acquired some exciting properties that we are keeping to ourselves! I suppose that’s putting our money where our mouth’s are (so to speak), and using the exact same model to source properties for ourselves as we would for our clients.

We teach this model in an “easy to follow and put into practice” way in our Source My Property Academy. I have just confirmed the dates and venue for our next teaching weekend at the end of November, so watch this space!

We need properties, our clients want properties where there is money to be made, and we can offer anyone willing to put in the training and work, the opportunity to grow and develop their own sourcing business.

My son and I do our best to improve our health, wellbeing, and attitudes on a daily basis (not always easy!), and we were talking about depression, and how to make oneself feel better, motivated, etc. In a very simplified form, we believe that we all need to do more of what makes us happy. That goes across business, family, leisure, and a balance between them. (Note: Please don’t think I’m preaching, and I’m not talking about people with serious health issues).

When things aren’t going according to plan, take 30 minutes out, and go to your “happy place”. Mine is right outside the door, in my garden, where I can breathe, look at the view, and listen to the birds. Take time to be in the moment, because that’s where we are.

The past is only to learn from, the future and the things you worry about, might never happen. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t plan for the worst, and hope for the best!

Daily structure and routine are what makes us successful.

With these deep insights, I wish you well in all you do. Tough times will pass, but so will the good ones, so take time to enjoy them!
