Where has the time gone? Happy 2019 to you all! Is that still ok 😂?

We’ve hit the ground running, so to speak. I don’t think any of the team can even remember having a bit of a break, so it’s just as well that we all love this business so much! 

I can’t even keep count any more of the number of properties currently in various stages of refurbishment, but all I know is that we have a number of build teams, all headed by guys who pour their blood, sweat and tears into the property builds, and who we trust to get the best job done. We get calls daily from investors wanting to reserve properties with us and be at the top of the list for the next deal. As we grow, we are becoming very streamlined in our approach, with our build teams flowing from one property to the next, to be replaced by various skilled tradesmen, as the refurbishment goes through its various stages.

We are passionate about turning houses into homes, and have recently come to an agreement with local councils, as the company who will help them do just that.

Our clients can have as much “hands on”, or indeed “hands off” a project as they’d like, or have time for. We must be doing something right, as I’m inundated with details coming through from people, all over the UK, as well as internationally, wanting us to find them properties worth investing in. 

This is what we do. We’ll source the deals, crunch the numbers, get the “legals” tied up, working with solicitors we trust, manage the project, liaise with councils re tax, help sort utilities (which can be a time consuming exercise in itself 😓), etc.

On top of all of this, we offer our own rental agency service. This is proving to be a huge asset to us, as well as our clients of course. Right from the start, our letting agent knows when a property will end up being retained and let out, and can start the process of looking for suitable tenants. Our builders work to a timeline, and they work closely together. This also means that should there be any “glitches”, or something in the property needs repairing, we have the right man for the job close by!
