What will Brexit do to our property market? 🤔

How time flies when you’re having fun! It’s been way too long since I’ve put pen to paper, so to speak, but it is because we’re that busy, and we are having fun!

 As I look at the board in the office, we have roughly 15 projects on the go at the moment! This means, they’re currently at various stages of refurbishment, and does not include numerous properties in lettings, in legals, etc!

Brexit will happen, but we all still need somewhere to live! According to statistics, we are in the middle of a 17 year long property cycle, with property prices in a bit of a dip. This was expected, and just so happens to coincide with the Brexit question mark. According to our personal research of this cycle, we expect the market to climb to new highs in the next 3 – 5 years, once the Brexit debacle is over!

The toll on the Severn Bridge – entrance to “God’s country”, is being scrapped before Christmas. This will make a huge difference to anyone commuting from Wales to England, and make living in Wales even more appealing than it is right now.
